The plain-English version: work starts after a written estimate you approve, the prices published on this site are typical ranges confirmed in writing before work begins, payment terms live on your invoice, texting us is optional and "STOP" always works, and California law governs everything here.

2. Using this website
Use it for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. We may restrict access for violations.
3. Services, estimates, and pricing
HVAC services are provided under written estimates or proposals in compliance with California contractor law and CSLB regulations. Prices published on this website are typical flat-rate ranges for Kern County; your price is the one confirmed in writing before work begins. Published pricing and availability may change, but a written quote you have approved does not.
4. Payments
Payment terms appear on your estimate or invoice. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services and reasonable collection efforts.
5. Warranty
Repair and installation warranty terms are published on our warranty page and stated on your invoice. Where they differ, the written invoice controls.
6. Text messaging terms
By providing your phone number you consent to service-related text messages (appointments, updates, invoices). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not share your number with third parties for their marketing. 7. Email
We use your email for confirmations and invoices. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, graphics, and the Wildflower Climate marks, belongs to Wildflower Climate LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
