How our phones actually work
Honesty is the whole brand, so here's the truth about the phone: when you call, a scheduling assistant answers immediately, any hour of any day, takes the details, and books your visit on the spot. No hold music, no voicemail roulette, no "your call is important to us." The humans of this company are usually in an attic fixing something, which is exactly where you'd want them when it's your attic. The notes from your call ride along to the visit, and the person who shows up is the real thing.
Hours
- Mon–Fri: 7:00a to 6:00p
- Saturday: 8:00a to 4:00p
- Sunday: Emergencies only
After-hours emergencies cost the same as a weekday call plus a flat $120. No double time.

Based in Bakersfield, CA, working a 60-mile radius with no travel charge: Bakersfield, Delano, Oildale, Rosedale, Shafter, Wasco, Arvin, Lamont, Tehachapi, Taft. Outside the list but inside Kern County? Call. If we can't reach you, we'll recommend someone we trust.
